Twiana Armstrong, Founder
Twiana founded seeMYchild in September 2019. She is a versatile and influential leader with over 25 years of experience leading top-performing teams and delivering growth. Developing, training, and coaching leaders is a passion that she currently pursues through her company It's Personal Enterprises. Her subject matter expertise includes performance management/improvement, change management, systems thinking, process improvement, and project management. She is also a public speaker, jumping at opportunities to motivate and inspire audiences.

Tracey Wallace, Vice President
Tracey is an experienced facilitator with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. She is skilled in K-12 Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, Staff Development, and Educational Leadership. A strong education professional with a Master's degree focused in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from University of Texas at Tyler.
Roxanne Bradley, Treasurer
Roxanne is an innovative, results-oriented leader with more than 10 years of PMO, project management, employee development, and operations leadership experience in the insurance industry.
Known for her ability to decipher complex business challenges, influence strategy development, and collaborate with Stakeholders and Leaders at all levels, she can effectively guide Project Managers, Internal and External Consultants, and virtual Project Teams in the development of highly-effective performance improvement, employee development, and change adoption solutions.
Laura Williams, CFO
Laura Williams has been dedicated to improving the Sacramento Region for over 25 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cal State University, Sacramento where she also completed her core work in their M.B.A. program. She now has her Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership and has been using her education and experience in the Non-Profit Industry for 20+ years both as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Metro Metrics LLC and in her various community roles.
Laura has shared her love of community and non-profit volunteering with both her children, who have grown up at schools within the San Juan School District. In her spare time, Laura has started the journey of her own nonprofit, in hopes to be of service to start-up nonprofits within her community. If not in her office, she can be found in her vegetable garden caring for her veggies with the same enthusiasm as her work.
