Madhvi is a 13-year-old activist from Colorado!
Her activism began at just 6 years old when she learned about PFAS and their negative effects.
She has partnered with Colorado senator Lisa Cutter on advocating for and raising awareness of several different bills, banning "intentionally added" PFAS in consumer goods and banning single-use plastic bags.
Madhvi takes action on issues she cares about by testifying before Congress, organizing signature campaigns, and speaking with local political and business leaders.
She has even conducted beach and river clean-ups at home in Colorado and while visiting family in India.
Madhvi has also served as an advisor to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child!
